In this case, go to Customer Support, click About an Order, select the voucher you want to return, choose Cancel Order, and follow the steps on the screen to confirm your cancellation.

If it has been less than three days since you bought the voucher, or the merchant cannot book you in for your requested dates before the book-by date, you can still get a refund. Go to Customer Support, click About an Order, select the voucher you want to return, click I Need More Help, type in anything, choose any related help topic, and click No, I Still Need Help. Use the form to get in touch with the customer service team to confirm the transaction. Keep in mind that the terms of the cancellation policy vary and are specified in the deal’s Fine Print.

How to request a refund by contacting Groupon

If you are not able to cancel a Groupon voucher or booking by yourself, you can contact Groupon’s customer service team to request a refund. However, it’s important to note that Groupon Getaway refunds are subject to the third-party merchant’s policies.

Are you looking to return your GrouponLive tickets? If you haven’t viewed your tickets yet, you can easily cancel your order by following a few steps. Go to Customer Support, select “About an Order”, choose the tickets you want to return, click “Cancel Order”, and follow the process to finalize the return.

However, it’s important to note that most GrouponLive tickets are “final sale” and cannot be returned, unless stated otherwise in the deal’s Fine Print. But don’t worry, some tickets may still be eligible for return under the Extraordinary Event Policy.
