Do we get Full Refund When we cancel Office 365 subscription?
Generally, if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase or within 30 days of your initial purchase of your regular subscription, you will get a refund. Otherwise, you will be charged for the entire subscription period.
Usually, you will receive the refund within 3-5 working days after canceling your subscription.

To request a return or exchange:
1. Sign in to Order history, and then select Request a return. If you don’t see Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a return. For detailed info about the return and refund policy, see Microsoft Terms of Sale.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to get a prepaid shipping label for the return. If you can’t get a prepaid shipping label for the return, contact support.
3. When we receive your item and find it eligible for a return, they’ll either ship you a replacement or issue you a refund.
Is it possible to get a refund on Microsoft subscription?
You may receive a refund if you: Bought a yearly subscription within the last 30 days, OR. Bought a monthly subscription, and cancel within 30 days of your last renewal date.

How do I reverse a Microsoft purchase?
Go to your Order history and find the order or pre-order. Select Cancel item next to the item you want to cancel. If you don’t see this option, you’ve already been charged for the item, but you can request an exchange or refund. Select the check box next to the item and then select the Cancel item button.
How do I stop Microsoft from charging me?
On the Services & subscriptions page, locate your Microsoft 365 subscription and then select Manage. Do one of the following: If you see a Turn off recurring billing link, choose it to turn recurring billing off. If you see a Cancel link, choose it to cancel the subscription.
