Can I cancel a ticket I sold on Ticketmaster?

Why won’t Ticketmaster let me cancel my listing?
You can’t change or remove a listing after the tickets have sold. If the tickets have sold, the original barcodes will be cancelled and new tickets generated for the resale buyer.
Where is my Ticketmaster refund?
If refunds for your event are approved by the Event Organizer, you will see a “Request a Refund” link in your online account. After submitting your request, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer.
How long does it take for Ticketmaster to process tickets?
Get your tickets within 10-14 business days. Tickets are printed within 7 days of purchase and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once printed, we will email to let you know they are on their way.
How long does confirmation email take from Ticketmaster?
This email will have a summary of your purchase and details on how your tickets can be accessed. Your tickets may be included in this confirmation email, but most ticket access instructions are emailed 24-48 hours before the start of your event.
